Meet team Triphecta
Katrine completed her BSc in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor (Canada) and her MSc in Physiotherapy at Kings College London (UK). She is a Canfit Pro Personal Trainer and holds the following Physiotherapy certifications: Neurodevelopmental Technique, Acupuncture, Barefoot Training Specialist.
She is currently employed at Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare and specializes in working with stroke patients. She has previously competed in Ice Hockey, Rowing, Olympic Lifting and is currently training for the 2021 Lake Placid IronMan competition.
Joel completed his BSc in Sport & Exercise Science at the University of Hertfordshire (UK), his MSc in Exercise Physiology at the University of Oklahoma (USA) and is currently a PhD candidate in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University (Canada). He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Phlebotomy Technician (PBT).
He is passionate about science and has authored a number of research papers in the areas of sport nutrition and sleep physiology. He also has experience working with NCAA Division 1 American Football and Basketball athletes as well as with professional and semi-professional endurance athletes.
