Katrine Stolarchuk is a Physiotherapist with a special interest in neurological rehabilitation and sport endurance-specific injuries. During the pandemic, Katrine completed a full Ironman distance, and just became an entrepreneur through launching her own coaching business, Triphecta.

Q1 Name one thing everyone should experience in your city
Swimming at the 50m lap pool that is used for FINA competitions, and taking advantage of being a border city, crossing the Ambassador bridge to head to Detroit to watch a Detroit Tigers or a Detroit Red Wings game
Q2 Favourite UCAN flavous and products
Chocolate Protein+UCAN are an essential pre-workout! I go for the tropical orange UCAN superstarch mix, watermelon electroyles and the chocolate almond energy bar. Although, I know the moment I try the new nut butters, my answer will likely change!

Q4 What's your favourite way to sweat?
Swim, bike, run and lifting weights! Biking might be highest on the list but they all come so close, it's hard to just choose one!
Q5 Goal(s) for 2020/2021
I will become an official Ironman! I have a few smaller races, such as a 70.3 with over 5000m elevation on the bike alone, and two half marathon's, in which I hope to PB in at least one!
