Sports Performance Nutrition only accepts returns/exchanges in the event that the product ordered did not arrive sealed as per Ucan’s packaging standards. In the event that the product is received and is not sealed as per Ucan's packaging standards the customer is entitled to a full refund/exchange plus any shipping expenses he/she may incur as part of the return/exchange process.

Orders are shipped through CanadaPost. The service most often used is expedited parcel through CanadaPost.
